Fortunately, there’s been a handful of clues littered around the internet, which fans think are more than just breadcrumbs. When we asked art director John Mueller about the prospect of Diablo 4 new classes coming in future prior to launch, he responded with a coy “there’s always toom around the campfire” – subtly hinting that one is coming it’s just a matter of when this will be. But that hasn’t stopped many online players from trying to work out which of the Diablo franchise’s classic character classes will be next.

One element the game’s debut season, Season of the Malignant, won’t be bringing, however, is a new Diablo 4 class. The Diablo 4 popularity continues to boom, especially now that full details regarding Diablo 4 Season 1 were revealed in a live stream by Activision Blizzard last week and update 1.0.4 brought even more balance changes to how certain rewards drop. Their art files are somewhere else but if you dig around enough you can find them.Five familiar Diablo 4 classes simply aren’t enough for diehard players, with multiple theories already circulating online as to what the next one will be. Monster & enemy art is much harder to find because it ahs so many subfolders but I think it's something like Steam/steamapps/common/DarkestDungeon/monsters and then there's a ton of subfolders for all of them. You'll note that the hero's Guild Header art is not in the ABCD folders but is loose within the hero's main folder. Open one of those four folders and you'll find all the character art for that hero. Each of these is one of the hero's colour palettes. After that you'll find a set of 4 folders named after the hero class ending in _A, _B, _C or _D. Icons_equip is the weapon & armour icons that youi'll see displayed in the blacksmith & on the character sheet representing the level of a hero's equipment. That's the atlas & skel files which control the way the art looks in game and you can't change them very much.įx is visual effects keyed to the use of certain skills. Inside that folder you'll see some loose files and a handful of folders. Go into the game's heroes folder then open the apropriate subfolder for a particular hero (they'll all have names like crusader or grave_robber, fairly easy to find).
